Yan Su, PhD, RN, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Adult Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her research focuses on the role of dietary patterns, particularly the Mediterranean diet, in cardiovascular health and aging populations. She is also interested in mobile health interventions to support health behavior change and self-management.
