About

Dr. Donelan's research program uses marine invertebrates to understand how organisms adapt and acclimate to rapid environmental change through non-genetic mechanisms, particularly transgenerational and early life plasticity, and the consequences of these changes for populations, communities, and ecosystems. She works at the intersection of evolution, ecology, behavior, and physiology using field and laboratory experiments in coastal systems local to UMass Dartmouth.
