About

Dr. Wang's research work is related to applied mathematics and scientific computing, especially the design and analysis of numerical methods for partial differential equations (PDEs). The equations aries from fluid mechanics, electro-magnetics, gradient flows, such as Cahn-Hilliard model in phase separation, phase field crystal (PFC) model in crystal growth, epitaxial thin film growth in material science, etc.
