The guide is the second part of the Road to Inclusionary Redevelopment series serves as a resource on navigating anti-displacement policies in the context of brownfields
redevelopment. It is aimed at brownfield redevelopment practitioners, community members, and elected officials and can be used as a guide in the process of brownfields redevelopment. This guide is designed to assist with tools to ensure that redevelopment projects not only revitalize brownfield sites but also protect and benefit the existing communities. The guide contains an overview of policies and programs aimed at preventing displacement, fostering inclusive growth, and promoting equitable development.
