Abstract

A general approach for eliminating higher order aliasings is developed by using multiple interlaced samplings. The -fold interlaced samplings can be used to eliminate aliasing up to the order by solving a set of simultaneous linear equations involving an Vandermonde matrix, thereby increasing the sampling rate by times. The concept is demonstrated by considering the case of Fresnel zone sampling and reconstruction. ©
