Abstract
We demonstrate that Earth's west-east motion will not be detected by a recently proposed laser experiment. Within the four-dimensional symmetry framework, there is anisotropy of the one-way speed of light when one uses clock systems which differ from the relativistic clock systems; however, the two-way speed of light is still isotropic.
