Abstract
In this study, we give a different characterization of U 1 (ZC n) for n = 7 and 9. We used PARI software to generate fundamental units of ring of integers of a cubic extension and considered a well-known subring U 1 (Z[a + a −1 ]) of U 1 (ZC n). Mathematics Subject Classification: 16U60, 16S34
