Abstract
This paper presents a system for the Internet resource management. It is based on the World Wide Web (WWW), using state-of-the-art web-programming techniques. To deal with the complexity of the Internet resource management, we apply Znaty-Sclavos viewpoint approach to the system design. Five viewpoints are defined, namely information, functional, architectural, communication, and organizational models. Each viewpoint leads to the representation of the system with emphasis on a specific concern. They are then interrelated to an integrated system design with rich functionality, clean structure, and easy implementation.
