Abstract
Structured Illumination (SI) has emerged as a powerful illumination technique for achieving super-resolution capability beyond the diffraction limit, with applications extending to Quantitative Phase Imaging (QPI) via Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM) for label-free visualization of transparent specimens. The computational pipeline for SI-DHM holograms to generate super-resolved phase images involves several key steps, including the proper composition of the super-resolved spectrum to ensure accurate QPI measurements. This work presents a user-friendly tool to automatically weigh and compose the super-resolved spectrum, ensuring that the reconstructed image maintains quantitative phase accuracy while improving resolution.
