Abstract
Writing has been a thread in my life from an early age, writing in the dirt with a stick, words that rhymed to getting my first plastic typewriter and going to town as if I had arrived. Life dishes out so many twists and turns… arid seasons, bountiful banquets, all things that feed us, teach us and keep us alive. Long Time Comin’: Words and Art from the Heart, spans my life, lives of others and events that spark the beat of my heart, introducing me to the world. Sometimes no rhyme or reason, sometimes it is just the season, so gather from these words and art what speaks to you… if anything and know they are born from love and light.
